AI Fleet Management Systems in Dubai
iSky builds custom operational systems in Dubai, and a fleet system is one of them: live vehicle tracking, delivery-time optimisation, driver-safety reporting and automated operational reports, scoped around how your fleet actually runs here.
What you get
- Real-time vehicle and driver tracking
- Delivery-time optimisation
- Automated operational reporting
- Safety and exception alerts
Fleet software earns its place the day a dispatcher stops guessing. Where is that van now. Will the afternoon drop land inside its window. Why did a clean route take an extra hour yesterday. Most operations answer with a phone call and an estimate. A system built properly answers from the same data every time, and leaves a record.
iSky builds custom operational systems — e-commerce platforms, mobile apps and the internal software a business runs on — and a fleet system is one of them: software scoped to how your vehicles, drivers and customers behave here, not an off-the-shelf licence you bend your operation around.
What the AI in the title means here
Worth settling before the features. AI here is not a finished product we resell; it is a set of techniques — patterns in data your vehicles already generate, forecasts from your own history, a shift turned into a readable summary — each belonging in a build only where your data supports it. Everything below is scoped with you, against what your operation actually records.
What a fleet system covers
- Live vehicle and driver tracking — position, status and current job on one screen.
- Delivery-time optimisation — stop sequencing and arrival estimates against real road conditions.
- Driver-safety reporting — speed, harsh braking, hours driven and rest taken.
- Automated operational reports — daily, weekly and monthly, with no spreadsheet work.
The map is not the point
Every tracker sells a map, and the map is the least useful thing on the screen. What matters is what the system does when the picture changes: the vehicle stationary at a loading bay past its threshold, the job that should be reassigned now rather than explained later. In a system we build for you, the alerting and reassignment rules follow the exceptions your dispatchers already chase by phone.
Delivery windows in a Gulf week
A delivery model that ignores the local calendar is wrong for a large part of the year. Ramadan pulls demand into the late afternoon, compresses it hard before iftar, then reopens it at night. Peak-hour movement between Sharjah and Dubai, or down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Abu Dhabi, behaves nothing like the same distance mid-morning. A routing engine that measures distance and ignores the hour will keep promising windows your drivers cannot hit.
Multi-emirate work adds its own arithmetic — toll points, traffic at shift change, a customer in Ajman expecting the Dubai standard — constraints for the model, not an apology after the window is missed.
Heat is an operating condition, not a season
Vehicles here work through months of extreme heat, and it shows in tyres, batteries, air-conditioning and brake wear long before a date-based service schedule catches it. If the system holds mileage, engine hours, idling time and route profile per vehicle, maintenance can be scheduled against how a vehicle has been used rather than against a calendar. Temperature-sensitive cargo needs the same treatment, with an alert that reaches a person in time.
Driver safety you can demonstrate
Safety reporting is worth building for two reasons. The first is obvious: speeding, harsh braking and fatigue are the events that precede an incident. The second is administrative. When hours, breaks and rest are logged by the system rather than remembered by a supervisor, you can show how drivers were rostered — to a client, an insurer, or anyone asking whether the welfare rules that apply to you were met.
Reports that arrive on their own
Most fleets already have the numbers, spread across a tracking portal, a fuel statement, a maintenance log and somebody's spreadsheet. Automated reporting is the least glamorous part of a fleet build: cost per kilometre, utilisation by vehicle, on-time performance by route and driver, exceptions by depot — delivered on the morning they are needed.
Arabic and English in one system
Drivers, dispatchers and management do not all work in the same language, and a system that forces one on everybody gets used badly. In the system we build for you, driver screens and notifications are built in Arabic and English, with a reporting layer readable in either. Where data needs to stay in the UAE, say so at the outset: it is a requirement the build and the hosting arrangement are scoped around — a decision for the start of the project, not after the data exists.
Integration matters as much as the fleet features. A system that cannot exchange data with your accounting package, your online store or the WhatsApp channel your customers use is just another login; which connections yours needs is settled in the scope, before the build starts.
What we have built, and what we have not
Straight answer, because this sector attracts overstatement. Relax Taxi is a live transport business — vehicles, drivers and customers booking rides — and iSky built its taxi booking application. That is where our experience of this sector comes from: working operational software for a business that moves people, alongside custom systems, e-commerce platforms and mobile apps for Gulf clients.
What we are not doing is selling a finished AI fleet product with a track record we do not have. What we offer is a team that has built operational software for transport and knows how to scope, build and hand over a fleet system in your name.
Starting a fleet project
The first conversation is about your operation rather than our software: how many vehicles, what they carry, who dispatches, where it breaks today. From that we write a clear scope and a written price before any work begins, and build in stages so you are running something useful early. Our office is in Dubai Internet City; talk to us in Arabic or in English.
More in this family
- AI solutionsAI is only worth building when it removes a specific piece of work. iSky starts from the task, not the model — building agents, chatbots and AI inside the systems you already run, in Arabic and English, in your own accounts.
- AI agentsAn AI agent is useful when it owns a task end to end rather than assisting with one: answering customers, reading and writing to the systems you already run, and handing over to a person at a boundary you define — in Arabic and in English.
Have a project? Let's talk.
Tell us what you are trying to build. You will get a written scope and a price before any work starts.
